Free samples
Natural stone is a material defined by both color and texture and veining. A mere image of the stone is not sufficient to determine if it meets our needs or fits the intended space. Marmur Art company aims to flawlessly fulfill our desires, which is why we offer an additional consultancy service. We provide free samples of our materials for a better understanding of their appearance with different types of stones. The size of the samples is 10×10 cm, and we offer up to 3 samples of our products. Distance is not a barrier as we cover the entire cost of transportation.
Delivery across the country
The transportation of our products purchased through the website, will be carried out with the help of our partnered courier company, with whom we have been collaborating for a long period of time. Order larger than 60 square meters qualify for free transportation, within a limit of 100 kilometers. For longer distances, buyers must pay transportation fee corresponding to the difference in kilometers. For orders smaller than 10 square meters, we invite you to pick up the products from the MarmurArt showroom as they cannot be delivered by the Pallex courier company and other courier companies encounter difficulties in delivering natural stone products intact. For custom-made products, transportation will be arranged according to the customer’s preferences. The most suitable transportation method will be used, thereby avoiding any inconveniences. The transportation cost for customized products will be determined at the appropriate time, in agreement with the customer.
Replacement in case of damage
There are situations where the transportation of products or mishandling of parcels can cause minor damages. In a space where we want everything to be impeccable, any imperfection cam be immediately noticed. We do not want you to face aesthetic problems, so we replace the damaged slabs, taking into account their shade and veining.
Manual packaging
The preparation of each order is completed with the manual packaging of the slabs, regardless of their nature. We have chosen manual packaging, despite the extended time it takes to complete the process, due to the safety it provides for the products. Only a person can prepare the package in such a way that the slabs do not deteriorate or break during transportation.

Return within 15 days
We believe that the space where we spend our time should reflect each individual’s personality and inspire the feeling of home. There are situations where we realize that we purchased product does not fully meet our vision, yet we are constrained to keep it. MarmurArt company aims to fulfill all customers’ desires to perfection. That’s why we offer the possibility to return standard products within 15 days of purchase. Custom-made products cannot be returned or modified, as they have a unique design.
15 Days (?) Surplus return
Our standard products are not pre-packaged based on the number of pieces or a certain surface area that can be covered. Each of our customers can purchase the numer of slabs they need. Any surplus slabs, if there are any, are accepted for return by us, and you will receive the equivalent amount in cash.
Manual selection
Differences of any kind between slabs can give an unpleasant appearance to the surface on which they are installed. Our team manually checks each slab to ensure that there are no differences in shade or veining in your order.
